The objective of the Enterprise Ireland Digitalisation Voucher is to facilitate strategic intervention for companies to assess their digital maturity and highlight where there is room for improvement. The output of this engagement is a strategic, digital roadmap for your business.
Customer Digital Experience, Internal Process Optimisation, and Data Management have been identified as 3 key areas where Irish companies may have the opportunity to differentiate from their competitor on a digital landscape. With that, the associated risks should always be considered to ensure that Cyber Security is at the forefront of any digital plan.
It is expected that the Digitalisation review would be completed over a 2–3 month period from the date of commencement and will act as a catalyst to companies for further innovation, training, technical feasibility &/or capital projects.
The voucher can be used to cover digital strategy, technical &/or advisory services up to a maximum of €9,000.
Your project must focus one or more of the following key elements:
Review of current products, services & channels (inc. website, social media, digital marketing etc) and potential to create a high-quality digital experience for customers. include a digital review of the customer journey(s) including all customer touchpoints from sales, marketing, customer service, delivery, channels, life cycle, competitor analysis.
Review of current operational processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities (i.e. eliminating waste by introducing easier, faster processes backed up by automation and/or cloud based digital systems where appropriate).
Review of current key performance data that is used to drive the business and identify gaps and improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience.
Note: In addition to the above, all projects need to include an element of Cyber Security Risk Review and recommendations to reduce risk, including working towards international security standards that are becoming a requirement to operate internationally.

The €9,000 Enterprise Ireland digitalisation grant Programme will end on or before the end of June 2022, subject to budget availability.
